Do you work with small and medium businesses?
Yes, that's most of who we work with. We support companies in Ostrava and across the Czech Republic, from startups to offices of up to 100 people, covering networks, Microsoft 365, security and the day-to-day IT support that keeps things moving.
Can you help with home Wi-Fi and networking?
Absolutely. Patchy Wi-Fi, dead spots, slow connections and home networks straining under a pile of devices are everyday work for us, whether you'd like it sorted remotely or in person.
Do you handle Microsoft 365, Entra ID and backups?
Yes. We set up and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, including hybrid identity, and we build encrypted backups with recovery we test rather than assume. The point of a backup is the restore, so that's the part we check.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Most day-to-day support is delivered remotely, with on-site visits for installs, network work, smart-home commissioning and anything that needs hands-on attention.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Ostrava and serve clients across the Czech Republic and the wider EU. Travel for on-site work is agreed up front based on where you are, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer smart home and automation?
Yes. Smart lighting, heating, cameras, NAS storage and full Home Assistant setups are a big part of what we do for home clients, planned around how you actually live rather than a box of gadgets.
