Who do you work with and what services do you offer?
We work with companies of any scale in Moravian-Silesian region and remotely across the entire EU. Within our managed IT, we are covering networks, Microsoft products, security, backups and the rest of the IT infrastructure. We also offer the day-to-day IT support that keeps things moving.
Can you help me with home IT?
We do not offer IT services for homes. Our focus is solely on business environments where we help with infrastructure, Microsoft 365. security, backups and related projects.
Will you really take over our entire IT?
Yes. We are able to take over your entire infrastructure. The most important thing is the current state of your IT and the documentation you have.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Most day-to-day support is delivered remotely, with on-site visits for installs, network work and anything that needs hands-on attention. We're based in Ostrava and serve clients across the Czech Republic and the wider EU. Travel for on-site work is agreed up front based on where you are, so there are no surprises.
What Microsoft products do you work with?
We primarily work with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook + Exchange Online, Intune, Defender for Business, Entra ID a Active Directory, SharePoint, DPM, SQL. We take pride in following Microsoft best practices instead of looking for a shortcuts to make our work easier.
